USED
ORIGINAL VOLVO SCRAPERS
As pictured above... a
SET of FOUR (USED but EXCELLENT, SOFT and PRETTY) Volvo 240
outer rubber
window scraper moldings
(with the correct felt backing on the glass side) to fit
all FOUR-DOOR SEDAN and WAGON 240's (244 or 245 series). These
are hard to find and I run out often.
These moldings are original
Volvo and they are USED... but in absolutely EXCELLENT condition...
soft, pliable and flexible... YOUR SATISFACTION IS ABSOLUTELY
GUARANTEED!! If you are skeptical of their excellent
condition and flexibility, look at the photo above. Try to twist or
flex your old hardened rubber moldings and see what happens.
You will be
installing these
scrapers
on your
original metal trim pieces on all four doors... and it is a simple
procedure using simple tools. Instructions below.
SORRY, I don't have the
longer scrapers needed for the 2-door (coupe) models as used pieces. If you
need 2-door scrapers, or if I'm out of stock of the used 4-door
scrapers, NEW
ones are available BELOW.
NEW AFTERMARKET 240 SCRAPERS Brand new
rubber scraper sets (exact duplicate moldings of the original Volvo
pieces with correct felt backing) are now available for 2-door and
4-door 240's.
Now you can finally replace
those ugly hard and cracked exterior window moldings/scrapers on your
240. In years past you would have to pay a bunch of money at
your Volvo dealer (I don't think they are even still available from
Volvo). The dealer never did carry these rubber
moldings separately... they would only sell you the complete metal trim
piece with the scraper attached... and the dealer was charging over
$65.00

Each set of rubber
mouldings
comes with full-color
instructions with photos.
A novice can install these on a 240 in as little as an hour. They
will work
on
ALL 240's (built from
1975 to 1993) and many 140 series Volvos too, although I don't
have any personal experience with 140's.
