240 Rallye Faces

The above set is an original 240 Rallye cluster.

Custom gauge face overlays, designed to restore or change the look of these gauges.
These overlay sets are available in several different variations shown below.

All faces are printed with UV resistant ink and have a Satin non-glare laminated UV film over the front to protect the face from exposure.  They will not fade.
These faces are printed on professional grade vinyl with peel and stick adhesive on the back.

Below set: R1 blackface, 130 MPH, single-digit tach, yellow text, 120C temp, "Tank" on fuel gauge, R-Sport logos on speedo and tach, VOLVO on small gauges.
If requested, this set may include a two-digit tach, 250F temp, or "Fuel" on fuel gauge.

Below Photo Style R1 Blackface 200 KMH
Below set: R1 blackface, 200 KMH (speedometer modified to include all numbers), two-digit tach, yellow text, 120C temp, R-Sport logos on ALL gauges, "Fuel" on fuel gauge instead of "Tank."
If requested, this set may include a single-digit tach, 250F temp, or "Tank" on fuel gauge.

The above installed overlay set is a variation of the R1 Blackface 200 KMH.
This set has "VOLVO" on all gauges instead of an R-Sport logo.


Below Photo Style R1 52 mm faces
  Designed to appear the same as above Rallye sets with same font.  May be used to modify Volvo 52mm gauges to match the style on your Rallye cluster.

Below Photo Style R1-B Blackface 130 MPH or 200 KMH
This set has been modified some compared to the above sets:  Other than the WHITE text, the text on all faces except for Tach has been reduced slightly to make the faces less crowded.
Below set: R1-B blackface, 130 MPH or 200 kmh, single-digit tach, WHITE text, 120C temp, "Fuel" on fuel gauge, R-Sport logos on speedo and tach, VOLVO on small gauges.
If requested, this set may include a 250F temp, or "Tank" on fuel gauge instead of "Fuel."
